This top of the range at home lower back waist decompression brace comes with its own air pump so you can adjust the pressure to your liking. It is great to decompress the spine allowing it to stretch and relief stress, strains, and aches. Before inflation, it sits around 13cm and will inflate to around 20cm in width. It is easy to wear and easy to use. It is one size for 73-122cm or 29-48 inches waist size and can be adjusted through the valcro strap.

I bought this a month ago and have been using it ever since. I suffer from AK and I use this to stretch out my spine. It really releases the tension and soreness. I just strap it on and pump the air into the brace and sit back and feel the relief
